Christenson Communities recruited over 400 workers through BMB, making up around 70% of our clinical staff, including many key supervisory positions. This includes many university trained nurses with university degrees in nursing and RN status in the Philippines, usually with 6 to 8 years nursing experience and seniors care experience in the Philippines, (or in other locations including Canada, England and Dubai), who we have assisted in gaining LPN or HCA status in Alberta.
